GENERAL TERMS OF ONLINE PURCHASE

By purchasing a subscription through the Sportico web application, you accept the Terms of Purchase listed below. Please read them carefully and familiarize yourself with the rules we apply. In the Sportico application, we reserve the right to amend these Terms of Purchase without prior notice.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION

When you use the Sportico application or send us an email, you are communicating with us electronically. By accepting the terms of use and purchase, you agree to communicate with us electronically. Our communication with you will be through electronic mail (email) or notifications that we will publish through the Sportico application.

We inform you that according to the Law on Consumer Protection (Official Gazette of the RS, No. 62/2014 and 6/2016-dr.zakon) a purchase through our web application Sportico, located on the page sportico.rs/app, is considered a distance sale .

After completing the online payment through the web application, you will receive a payment confirmation by e-mail. This confirmation contains your data, which you left during registration. Only after the delivery of the confirmation by the Sportico web application to the consumer’s e-mail, the sales contract is considered concluded. In the event that we are unable to confirm the payment and conclude the contract, you will be notified.

STATEMENT OF CONVERSION

All service prices related to the monthly subscription are final at the time of the order and listed in the web application. All prices are given in dinars.

All payments will be made in the currency of the Republic of Serbia, dinars. If you use a foreign currency card for payment, the amount for which your account will be debited is obtained by converting your currency into dinars according to the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia, current on the day of payment.

WITHDRAWAL OF CONTRACT

The law for the case of distance sales establishes the right of the buyer, who is considered a consumer (a natural person who buys a product to satisfy his individual needs, and not to perform professional activities), to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day the product was handed over to him to the country, that is, to the country of the person designated by the buyer, who is not the carrier. When canceling, the customer may or may not state the reasons for canceling.

The consumer exercises the right to withdraw from the contract by making a statement on a special form for withdrawing from a contract concluded at a distance, i.e. outside the business premises. The withdrawal form is sent by e-mail after completing the online payment through the web application. In case of cancellation, the completed form must be sent to the email address: office @sportico.rs

In the event of a legal withdrawal from the contract, the seller is obliged to return to the buyer the amount paid by the buyer under the contract without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day he received the withdrawal form.
