METHODS OF PAYMENT

1. Online payment with payment cards

You can pay for the subscription through the Sportico application with a VISA, MasterCard or DinaCard payment card that supports online payment. Payment can be made with debit and credit cards. Payment by cards is realized in cooperation with Komercijalna banka ad Beograd and is done in a safe and certified way through NestPay, by simply entering data from the payment card.

Check with your bank whether the card issued to you supports online payment.

After entering the card data and confirming the payment, the bank authorizes the transaction and thus the payment request is approved and enters the further process of preparing the activation of the service. The amount will be reserved on your card (account) and will not be available for any other purpose.

Upon receipt of your request, you will receive an automatic notification by electronic means to the registered e-mail address confirming that the service has been activated, as well as basic data about the transaction. If the payment failed, you will receive an automatic notification about the failed transaction and you will be able to repeat the payment.

All payments will be made in dinars (RSD). If payment is made with payment cards issued by foreign Banks, the transaction amount in dinars will be converted into the Bank’s settlement currency (EUR) according to the exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. When debiting your payment card, the already converted amount will be converted into your local currency, according to the exchange rate applied by payment card operators.

2. Payment by money order or money order

You can pay for your order by direct payment to the account of InfoMedica doo. It is necessary to indicate the corresponding reference number, which is automatically generated when ordering. 

After recording the payment, the service will be activated.

Notes:

 * When creating a payment instruction, the displayed prices are valid for 7 days. After the expiry of that period, the prices are not valid and it is necessary to repeat the procedure of creating the instruction.
